Dan made his first knife in 1975.  Now a Master Bladesmith with the American Blade Society, he produces some of the finest hand forged Iron, Steel, and Damascus blades.  Specializing in historical reproductions and renditions of colonial America with the same solid integrity of the tools used by our forefathers.  The leatherwork of Karen Shook completes the look of authenticity and integrity that Dan's work represents.

Dan Winkler DW#40 Large Drop point hunter of Forged 1084 Steel lightly filed with steel bolsters. Elk bone handle. The blade is 4 1/8" and overall length is 8 1/8". Comes with Decorated Rawhide sheath by Karen Shook.   $895.
