We met some more great makers at the show. Matthew & Mary Jo Lerch of Wisconsin make some of the most beautiful automatic art knives around. Their good energy and teamwork produce finely crafted and tuned knives. Another fine piece was found by Frank Potter, as well as some great new knives by Mike Irie, Bob Dozier, Mike Johnson, and Allen Elishewitz.
We also now have for sale David Darom’s new book: Art and Design in Modern Custom Fixed-Blade Knives. As well as a few copies of the original folding knives.
